V2 Cigarette - Worst service ever
Been waiting a month on one order, had 8 batteries fail this month.Called and complained - v2 promised to ship overnight.
Didn't happen. Offered me a $15 dollar discount and 10% on future orders. What good is a discount if I can't get the product. Any good suggestions on a new supplier?
I have at least $200 invested in batteries and supplies but I'll cut my losses and go elsewhere. Not worth the terrible service and the lies. I've been a v2 customer for 2 years, buy all the new innovations, recommend to others and this is how I get treated?
The best thing they ever did?Shipped my order to a different state but charged me correctly.
Monetary Loss: $200.
