I thought you & your readers would want to know of my experience w/ V2... I sent an e-mail to the support e-mail address posted on their web-site requesting additional information & received no reply... I even sent a follow-up message specifically requesting a reply, but they're still ignoring me...

I was trying to see if they offered a more reasonably-priced "Introductory Kit" (like GreenSmokes "Essentials Kit" for around $20.00). Again, there is no reply & I won't shell out $54.95 for something I might not like & would have to send back.

Is this how they generally treat potential new customers? Just thought you'd want to know...
