Resolved: 36 days and still no refund....
After 30 days the check stayed funded so I can officially say this issue has been resolved. However I will state again : DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
There are plenty of GREAT vape companies out there so that you don't have to use their *** product & service - OPen by Grenco(?) Science is a wonderful one that is endorsed by Snoop Dogg. So my point is you never have to use V2 if you don't want to & trust that me & mine will never recommend them to anyone!
After more runarounds that literally caused 2 panic attacks (due to anxiety disorder that had been in remission for 3 years before these people) I finally contacted my cc to inquire about chargeback and was in the process of getting all the paperwork to them when lo & behold what came in the mail?! Yup my refund....dated May 22 & sent with no tracking number.
So 45 days AFTER receiving the product back and AFTER telling me NUMEROUS times the check was already cut (at LEAST 15 days prior to 22nd)--we see the Truth!!!! Don't get me wrong - I'm estatic I finally received my money back - however I'm still holding my breath to make sure it actually clears. Once it does I will mark resolved - I just don't trust these *** to actually pay the check considering everything they've lied about before.
Oh and since they sent it snail mail w/o tracking source, I didn't receive the check until June 6th -which is a grand total of TWO MONTHS for a refund!! (and I'm being nice by not counting the shipping days from me to them).
Never ever ever use the company!!!!'

Been selling V2 Cigs for years, but now its a terrible company with poor products
Preferred solution: Replace the bad batteries. Also pay me the $1000+ commissions earned and due over a month ago!

My Red 1.2 order has been in place since July. I just got a call today that it is again back ordered for another 10 days.
That is my 4th such call since July 9th. I am considering switching, especially if the liquid is foreign produced.
I have been a faithful V2 customer for three years. May be time to switch.
Something very bad has changed...
Ordered V2 Red 1.2% on Sept 2nd and was told 15 days from purchase... contacted them today and they said another 15 business days from today...
that's 30 business days to ship an order.... really how can you do business like that.
They are :Out of Stock" on most items very frequently" ... I am also done with them.
I have the same issue. I placed an order for 160 Red 1.2% on August 11 and V2 processed $200+ on my cc.
Today is September 14 and the product is still out of stock.
Perhaps they have been accumulating enough pre-payments to place an order with their supplier. BTW, a CSR admitted to me today that the liquid is foreign produced.
