I have been a loyal V2 customer for over 2 years and had no issues with them in the past. Over the past 3 months, they have grown progressively worse. The latest issue was an order I place over a month ago that never shipped. I sent several e-mails but received no reply. I just finally got a hold of someone on Live Chat. They told me they would exchange my original order of Ex with their regular cartridge. When I told them to exchange the Ex with menthol 1.8 they told me that they were also out of 1.8 but had 0 available. I am done with this company. Also approximately 1-2 cartridges out of 5 do not work. When I asked for a refund on the defective merchandise, they told me they couldn't do that. Stay away from V2. They are selling cartridges that they know are out of stock,.

Excessive delivery time

Deliveries are unacceptably long. 2 months at least for blank cartridges to be delivered? Backordered? I had to call and go online to find out that my order was partially shipped. I was told that the item would be available in 15 business days. When I asked again when I should expect delivery I was told that I would receive a tracking number. I'm thinking that they have to many customers and not enough staff. Needless to say I will be switching to another e-cig. Having done a quick search and it seems like there are a number of people who have had the same experience.

SELLS CARTRIGES WHILE OUT OF STOCK AND LIES ABOUT INVENTORY

Been with them six years, started having problems with chargers and they tried to replace with non wired cheaper chargers claiming that they were discontinued. I pointed out they still sold them online and miraculously they now had them. Afterwords I ordered RED 2.4 cartridges and they told me they were out of stock. I have to wait two weeks while running out of a lower strength that I made the mistake of ordering. They refused to give me replacements for some of the bad cartridges. Below is my discussion with V2 Jim Fowler says: I want to know how long before my V2 Red 2.4 portion of my order is going to be shipped. I am running short of my current cartridges. Jim Fowler 2981 Mt Zion Rd. Jonesboro Ga. 30236 Amanda says: Unfortunately, we are expecting to receive these cartridges in stock within the next 10 business days. Jim Fowler says: What about the time I do without? Jim Fowler says: I order the 1.8 and they are nassty old stock I think Amanda says: If you like, I can change the flavor and/or strength so these cartridges are sent out right away. Jim Fowler says: I've been struggling through them but am about out. Jim Fowler says: I prefer the Reds and other flavors do not satisfy me Amanda says: Would you like me to change the strength for you? Jim Fowler says: The 1.8 are nasty old stock I think and the lower stregths are useless. Jim Fowler says: This is ridiculous, are you guys going out of business? Amanda says: No, we are not going out of business at all. Unfortunately, we just have these cartridges out of stock. Jim Fowler says: How about replacing some of these bad 1.8 that I received previously? Jim Fowler says: I have received others that were bad and not had any replacements in a long time. Amanda says: We are not able to do exchanges or returns on cartridges, disposables or eliquid bottles that are no longer sealed. It is a consumable item and for health reasons, by law, cannot be returned. Jim Fowler says: Other 2.4's Jim Fowler says: You guys used to send cartriges to replace bad ones. Something is up. I have been lied to about chargrs out of stock previosly. Look at my old chats Amanda says: We have always had our policy in place where we are not able to replace cartridges that are opened. We may have sent complimentary cartridges as a courtesy, however, it is not in our policy to do so. Jim Fowler says: So after six years, under jimfowler99@***o and this email, I am supposed to just run out? I saw on the BBB all the complaints recently and suspect that something is awry. Should I just run out and go down to the local smoke shop and change and try new suppliers or can you send some (complementary) while I wait? Amanda says: I would not be able to send out any complimentary cartridges because of the fact that these cartridges are out of stock. If you like, I can give you a 15% coupon code for the wait and I can change the flavor/strength if you decide you want these cartridges sent out now. Jim Fowler says: Can you send another 10 1.8 while I wait? Amanda says: I can change 10 of these cartridges to the Red 1.8% if you like. Jim Fowler says: So they will not be complimentary? Is that what you are saying? You will not replace some of these bad ones. Amanda says: Per our policy, we would not be able to exchange or replace consumable items such as cartridges. Jim Fowler says: Forget it. I will copy and post this email into your forums and go elsewhere for now and in the future. You company's customer service is terrible now. You refuse to replace bad cartridges, REALLY? Once I'm done with my order once I receive it I will continue on elsewhere. I do apologize that you feel that way. I do also see that this order was placed back in September 29th, so because of the time that has passed with the fact that we are not able to process exchanges or replacements on consumable items, we would not be able to send any complimentary cartridges. Have you tried troubleshooting these cartridges? Jim Fowler says: I have had bad cartriges in the past with the 2.4 without saying anything about it. These 1.8 were very bad. Do you realize how long I have been trying to get some satisfactory service just today? Do you think I should deal with a company that treats its customers like this? would you spend your life dealing with such an outfit? I do apologize if you feel that I mistreated you in some way. I can assure you that it is not my intention to treat you in any bad way. I understand that you are having issues with some cartridges that you purchased a month ago. Have you tried troubleshooting these cartridges? Amanda says: Try prying off the white cap with a paperclip. Then slip the paperclip between the mesh and the atomizer (white straw in the center), move the fabric inside away from atomizer against the walls of the cartridge. Next pull the white mesh up toward the rim of the cartridge. Cap the cartridge and shake vigorously for a few seconds. This should absorb the remaining liquid inside and help with flavor as well as vapor production. Amanda says: After you do this, you would need to let the cartridge sit for at least 30 minutes so that the liquid in the cartridge can fully settle. Amanda says: If I may also ask, where do you store these cartridges? Jim Fowler says: In the box in my desk drawer, the question is how long have you guys been storing them? The bogo offer is to dump them right? I'm wasting my time with you. I'll be buying something else in the future. Bye now.... Jim Fowler says: You sold me something you did not have in stock. Lol

I too was once a happy customer of V2 Electronic Cigarettes. They had a good product, and their customer service was pleasant, accommodating and efficient. Something's changed here; and for the worse. I have had not one, but multiple attempts at ordering product and not receiving the order. When I have called to check on the order, I've learned that the product is out of stock; and of course I'm offered another flavor or product.....Lately the offers of substitutions for another product have been unacceptable! (By example, a .8% Cola or Cherry....No Menthol flavors of any level are available!) I've now been waiting for almost a month for 2.4 percent menthol; and there is no other level of menthol available....I called again today; 21 days since I placed my order, and was told that maybe next week the order could possibly be filled and go out. I cancelled my order; and I'm done with V2.

My Red 1.2 order has been in place since July. I just got a call today that it is again back ordered for another 10 days.

That is my 4th such call since July 9th. I am considering switching, especially if the liquid is foreign produced.

I have been a faithful V2 customer for three years. May be time to switch.

Something very bad has changed...

Ordered V2 Red 1.2% on Sept 2nd and was told 15 days from purchase... contacted them today and they said another 15 business days from today...

that's 30 business days to ship an order.... really how can you do business like that.

They are :Out of Stock" on most items very frequently" ... I am also done with them.

I have the same issue. I placed an order for 160 Red 1.2% on August 11 and V2 processed $200+ on my cc.

Today is September 14 and the product is still out of stock.

Perhaps they have been accumulating enough pre-payments to place an order with their supplier. BTW, a CSR admitted to me today that the liquid is foreign produced.

The positive reviews that I read before ordering must have been bought and paid for! I ordered the Red and Sahara flavors in 2.4 nicotine strength. The Red cartridges tasted metallic...not like tobacco at all! The Sahara had a good fragrance, but no draw or nicotine lift. I had been under the impression that it had a satisfaction guaranteed warranty, but I was wrong. When I contacted them, they would only agree to send me a replacement order...but absolutely no refund. Cheap company that does not back up its product. I will be returning to Green Smoke where, although a bit more expensive, backs its customer satisfaction motto.

Every time i place an order the items are out of stock!! It was great when i first ordered from them over 2 years ago but now am considering another company because they just can not keep up and the customer service is no help!! There is nothing they can do EVER!! except offer up different products.. DUH!! if I wanted something else i would have ordered it. I placed an order 10 days ago and status has not changed .. i agreed to partial shipment 3 days ago still not shipped. Yes you can get a hold of customer service but it wont do you any good.

Well, if keeping stock is an issue, they most be popular. Have you tried the e-liquids and refill carts?

they rarely run out of my Red 1.2 E liquid, but they haven't had the carts for over a month...

I had the same problem, a rep suggested the e-liquid. i tried it, it was not as hard as I thought to use, and I haven't looked back since. I also save a ton of money buying e liquid and refillable carts vs the pre filled.

I never realized how much I was paying for packaging...

After 30 days the check stayed funded so I can officially say this issue has been resolved. However I will state again : DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

There are plenty of GREAT vape companies out there so that you don't have to use their *** product & service - OPen by Grenco(?) Science is a wonderful one that is endorsed by Snoop Dogg. So my point is you never have to use V2 if you don't want to & trust that me & mine will never recommend them to anyone!

After more runarounds that literally caused 2 panic attacks (due to anxiety disorder that had been in remission for 3 years before these people) I finally contacted my cc to inquire about chargeback and was in the process of getting all the paperwork to them when lo & behold what came in the mail?! Yup my refund....dated May 22 & sent with no tracking number.

So 45 days AFTER receiving the product back and AFTER telling me NUMEROUS times the check was already cut (at LEAST 15 days prior to 22nd)--we see the Truth!!!! Don't get me wrong - I'm estatic I finally received my money back - however I'm still holding my breath to make sure it actually clears. Once it does I will mark resolved - I just don't trust these *** to actually pay the check considering everything they've lied about before.

Oh and since they sent it snail mail w/o tracking source, I didn't receive the check until June 6th -which is a grand total of TWO MONTHS for a refund!! (and I'm being nice by not counting the shipping days from me to them).

Never ever ever use the company!!!!'

This is a doozy of story : I first purchased from this company back in March and after less than a week they had a sale on the exact items I had ordered. When I first contacted customer service they told me that they would not credit the difference but after speaking to a supervisor and explaining how ridiculous that sounds I was able to get a partial credit. This is important. After receiving the products and having nothing but trouble (i.e. not working properly,burning herbs, nasty smell leaking etc.) I requested a replacement and was told no problem. (This is a common theme - reps tell you whatever it is they think you want but then do nothing so when you call back they say that never happened/was said. Luckily I did most of my contact online so I have written proof of all this). When I called back a few days later surprise! there was no record of my replacement request. By this point I was so done and did not want to use this product any longer so I decided to return all items and get refund. Here came my first nasty surprise - because they had issued a partial credit for the sale I mentioned earlier, they couldn't issue a another refund onto my card bc they "had no way to credit twice on one order"! Unfortunately for them I have worked for banks and know that is a load of BS. I have had other companies do exactly that with no issues (just this month in fact!) so it is only a COMPANY policy (that is stated NOWHERE on their website or printed materials) that they refused to override. I also had to argue for a return shipment label. So I finally had to accept my refund as a "paper check" bc this company doesn't know how to properly use accounting - shipped product back and began to wait for my check....in the mail. After 28 days & no money I contacted them again and was told (in just one conversation): 1st -The check was already mailed out and I should be receiving it in a few days. 2nd- check had not been mailed and would be mailed on Friday (this was Wednesday). 3rd- usps only comes on Fridays that's why it had to wait two more days and I would be emailed a tracking number. I'm sure you can already guess that has not happened. I once again attempted to speak to customer service reps today and was told 1. Reps can't contact billing dept in real time so couldn't verify refund without making me wait for a callback. 2. No idea why rep told me last week it would be mailed since they can't talk to billing in real time. 3. Couldn't speak to a supervisor bc they have only 1 and they're on another escalation call. I have never in my life dealt with a company that is so shady, full of lying reps, refuses to refund money in timely fashion and then gives ME attitude when I (rightfully) am furious over this. I'm talking about several hundred dollars they owe me and I STILL don't know when/if I'm going to get it back. I'm already in the process of talking to attorneys about taking them to small claims court if this isn't resolved within next 24 hours. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY- there are so many other BETTER vape options out there product wise & who actually understand customer service!!! In my entire life (30+ years) I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a company!!!!

I have had the same issue three times now: products being listed as in stock at time of purchase suddenly and mysteriously become out of stock, leading to 2-3 week delays on shipping. At no point was I directly notified of the delays; I had to find out by checking my order status after my order changed from "awaiting shipment" to "awaiting fulfillment". I was never offered a reasonable explanation as to why their inventory management is so poor, or any type of apology. This leads me to believe that either they have truly terrible inventory control, or they are intentionally misleading customers as to availability of items. I strongly believe that an "under-promise, over-deliver" approach is the best policy when it comes to delivery estimates- if you have any doubt as to your ability to deliver a product within a specific time frame, then DO NOT advertise that timeframe to begin with. I've given these guys 3 chances, and am now done doing business with them, regardless of quality of product. They have seriously gone downhill over the past couple of years,and their customer service has deteriorated to the point where they are unfriendly, unresponsive, and unhelpful. There are plenty of alternatives out there, and I will be giving them my business from now on.

WAS a great company

Lately V2 has really dropped the ball on their services and products and can't fill orders even close to a timely manner. I was told it could be a month before my order gets filled. This is not the first time this has happened and it does *** me off. But a month! That's ridiculous! I don't know who's supposed to be taking care of business there but apparently they're really slacking off! They need to close up shop or hire more people or find a way to eliminate their 'growing' problems.Time to look for a more dependable service.

Backordered items charged to credit card

Ordered 40 pack of e-cig cartridges from v2 cigs and they sent me a 10 pack and backordered the other 30 but still charged my credit card the full amount. Never have I experienced such poor customer service and when I emailed them, I get no reply. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card and look for a more reputable company. This company did this to be before and I cancelled the order, but thought I would try them again, but am very sorry because they have gone way down in service. Tip: Don't order from them

Most worthless company to ever call themselves one. I bought a 30 pack of disposables for 100 dollars two separate occasions. Each time a 3rd of them were duds. Ordered 15 cartridges because I was running low. Called 7 days later when they didn't arrive just to find out they themselves weren't even receiving the shipment of cartridges for 2 weeks. Like we're u going to *** tell me?! So the guy says oh I'll do something special for u I'll send u 10 ex versions with a 2 day fedex delivery gaurantee. Never came. I call and one of their brainless *** reps entered information wrong. I'm like I'm done u guys can go *** yourselves. Not to mention all of the single disposable duds I've gotten even being stranded a whole weekend without a smoke because I got a dud. DO NOT BUY V2!!!!

Did they not offer you a complementary starter kit with 2 rechargeable batteries for your defective disposables?

You had that experience with the disposables; and still decided to buy more?

Did you not notice the clock in the left hand corner of the product description line when selecting, the product; as to let you know the availability of the product?

Did you not ready the same availability shipping estimate below the"place order" button , that clearly indicates as to what time frame you should expect the item to be shipped?

people make mistakes, and V2 has always been willing to compensate me when they have with me. I'm surprised you did not have a similar experience. By your own admissions here, it looks like you've made some too. Someone tried to do something nice for you- you failed to READ the pages, and you reordered something that was 33% defective after given other options- and yet you call them brainless.

I'm sure they miss your condescending phone calls.

Been selling V2 Cigs for years, but now its a terrible company with poor products

When the company first started it was great. After buying a system online and seeing they had an affiliate program, I started promoting V2 Cigs online too. They HAD very good products and they paid their affiliate promoters on time. Now years later they seem to spending the money on themselves and not quality products, development, or even paying their advertisers on time. They are paying advertisers 60, sometimes 70-80 days later than what the contract states. Not only did the product go downhill, they can care less about those who work hard to sell it for them. I don't think they are going to be in business much longer given they cannot even pay their sales force. Given the other reviews I'm almost ashamed to admit I've promoted their product to my friends. To top it off, my last V2 system quit charging after a couple weeks. Called for a replacement and got a huge run around. Not a way to run a company! No wonder they have financial issues.

Always out of stock when I order and more than a 6 week wait for orders

Over the last 2 years, the shipping time of my orders has steadily gotten longer. It started out at 2 weeks. The last year, they started being out of stock on the sizes of the product I would order and would substitute multiple smaller sizes, which was fine with me. I would get the same amount of product. The last order I placed with them took 6 weeks to fill. The current order is 6 weeks and counting. Still out of stock. I have had to order liquid from a different company twice over the last 4 months. I didn't want to go to the expense of ordering new batteries, etc., but I am going to. No point in buying from 2 companies.

Started out ok.. Has just gotten worse and worse..

I started out with v2cigs about a year ago. It started out pretty good, I was just thrilled that I quit smoking regular cigarettes. I eventually ordered the manual ecig and started using the Ex blanks to refill with liquid. I immediately found another site to order my liquid from (mtbakervapor.com 4.99 for 15ml, completely customizable, vaporfrombaker 10% off purchase, HIGHLY recommend!). V2 was my first ecig. It wasn't cheaper than dirt, but it wasn't the most expensive one either, and had positive reviews. I've wanted to switch ecigs to the one mtbakervapor offers, but being on a limited income, I've had problems saving and having the extra money to invest in another ecig, cause they can be pricey to get everything you need to get started. Now to my complaints. For awhile now, I've had a lot of problems with the ex cartridges. They constantly leak liquid. Especially when I'm taking a hit off of it, sometimes I'll get a mouthful of liquid. Or if I'm carrying the ecig between my lips, (I'm in a wheelchair, so my hands are busy a lot) the liquid will leak out onto my face. Not very pleasant. I've also had a TON of problems with shipping. At first, I got my packages on time, arrived at my post office like my address said. Then it started to take longer.. One time they shipped my package to new jersey, and I live Pennsylvania. They sent me out a new order. The next time, same thing happened, sent my package to new jersey, only this time, I was told that I had to wait til the package returned to them before they sent it back out to me, took forever, ridiculous. Customer service tried to blame it on the fact that I used a po box address, but I placed at least 3 orders prior using the same address with no problems. Now, their shipping policy is just ridiculous. It used to be free 3-5 day shipping. Now, it's $5, 5-10 day shipping. Really? I order my liquid from Washington state, it costs $3 and I receive it in like 3 days. V2 comes from Florida and just doesn't compare. Their customer service sucks too, its like they're mocking you when you're on chat. And they only wanna help themselves.

They shipped only the batteries I ordered, but not the cartridges. They said they were on back order.

That was over 2 weeks ago. Now it is impossible to reach them, either by email (if I do, they will not answer), or by phone, nobody picks up to talk to you, or by live chat. There is never an operator on duty.

The whole thing sucks. I'm thinking of switching brand.
