Fed up Ex V2 Customer

My experience dealing with V2 has been a nightmare since day 1. On my initial order I ordered a starter kit with two EX Carbon Fiber batteries which the website said was available for 1 day shipping. After a week went by I emailed customer service inquiring about my order and was told these batteries were on an estimated 30 day back order. I asked them to change my order to the EX Brushed Steel batteries as there were on a 15 day back order. After 15 days I sent another email and was told the exact same thing. My batteries were on a 15 day back order, No contact from customer service saying there were problems with my order at any point. I have not received other orders I have placed either however they did receive my money. Customer Service told me โ€œThe boat was lost at seaโ€. Ugh OKโ€ฆ V2 is the most incompetent unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They lost my business and I highly recommend anyone not to do business with them. You will be very disappointed!!!

The below email describes my experience, just an FYI, V2 sent an email to customers announcing a 15% discount offer due to Tom Cole's hard work and good ole fashion democracy... 9th May 2016 @ 3:51 AM Thank you for the discount, had I placed the order for 3 batteries I'd have saved $10.10! But...at checkout I realized this was just a way to soften the blow of the $4.38 additional charge that came out of this GREAT negotiation. I get it, I live in Washington state, our sales and tobacco tax makes a pack of name brand cigarettes hit over $12 each. But really, no need for us to celebrate your small victory over what sales regulations to minors and other mandates you don't have to deal with yet that good ol'Tom helped you out with ... it created more bad will than good with me, for you to sneak in a new unannounced charge directly related to the good news you were so proud to share! Nope I did not place the order!

Prroblems

i buy my v2 3series a month ago when i charge my v2 and i take it away from the charger the led still green and doesnt vape. it only can vape when is conected to the charger! and sometimes it doesnt vape even when is conected it vapes to if i take out the cartridge and i begin to vape without the cartridge then i put it inside and it begins to vape to but the green led nevers turn off i remember when i buy it the green led turns off and when you begin to vape it turns to a white led color. i will aprecciate youre help.

V2 Pro Series 7 awful design and bad customer service

I bought a V2 Pro series 7 with seven cartridges. All the cartridges caps broke after a few days use. I did not even the chance to refill them. The customer service were awful. They only repeated "we do not have warranty on cartridges". I tried to join a forum in their website with the same topic, "broken caps on V2 Pro Series 7 cartridges" but they denied me to join. I tried again to ask them to send me another membership link, but it seems they have added my email address to their black list! I am registered but they deny me to sign in. Also my email address is called unavailable as soon as I try to get another link.

V2 Cigarette - Do not order from them!
I placed an order on Aug 14, 2015. Today is Oct 29th. After 2 phone calls and 4 emails, I still have not gotten my order, and now they are not responding to my requests for answers. Of course, they charged my card back on Aug 18th. The first time I called they claimed there was a delay due to the manufacturer. The next month, I got the same answer. Each time, they offered another product, which could be shipped " right away". My next step is the State of Florida Attorney Generals office. That's $50 I will probably never see again. I have ordered from V2 in the past with no trouble, and they have a good product, but terrible management!

V2 Cigarette - Dud refills and not lasting

I have been a V2 customer for a long time and the last months their EX cartridges just don't last. before 1 would last for 1.5 days at least now the same ones I use up 4 in a single day. there is something wrong,also for regular cartridges 1 or 2 per pack of 5 are duds. have told them but nothing happens. they are not helping to resolve the issue and honestly I am thinking that this is starting to look like they just want to rip people off and not deliver a good quality product.

I buy the cartridges and have had similar experiences maybe 1 in 5 cartridges are empty and there is no way to prove it once you open. Not right! I hate to go with the messy fill your own but I'm thinking that will be more economical

Beware when you are in an area where you can buy the cartridge tips in a regular store. 1-2 of each 5 pack will be duds! They are selling cartridges with nothing in them!!! This is the 7th week in a row, buying from 3 different gas stations. Switching brands now!! The same used to happen when I ordered them online, but it would be a dud once in awhile, not every pack, and certainly not multiples in the same pack. I honestly don't know how this company is still able to exist.

V2 original cartridges

I switched to V2 in 2013. They had the best battery and long lasting cartridges. One cartridge is supposed to be equivalent to 1 pack of cigarettes. 1 cartridge used to last me almost 24 hours. For about the last 3 months (currently 11/15) each cartridge lasts about 4 hours with normal smoking if I'm lucky. The original batteries seem to last all of 2 hours if that and I seem to be sucking in alot of air which makes getting a hit, hit or miss. I have read many reviews on their own forum of people complaining about this exact problem. You can only use your stored points once a month when ordering. I now have been ordering almost 3 times a month instead of just once. My cost has doubled. And they have raised their prices on the original cartridges as well. I realize how companies work- reel them in with a working product and then later to cut costs- they outsource or change the product so it is no longer the same product that reeled in customers to begin with and raise their prices on *** quality. This company helped me to quit regular cigarettes. Now they are just rapist's. Once again- another company taken over by greed/regulations/out-sourcing. They are taking themselves out. Sad. That's what happens when you choose greed over keeping customers. It's a one-way ticket to bankruptcy.

Agreed I'm trying not to grab my significant others real cigarette, I had one cartridge left and got settled in for the night and it's a dud so it sucks not right! I'm 9 mos not smoking so staying strong but my v2 is my way to keep strong but they keep letting me down with cartridge duds

V2 Pro 3 (3 in 1) vap pen does not work in 3 functions

I purchased the V2 Pro 3 as it stated it works in three modes. Liquid, dry, and wax. I wanted the pen for two functions only; liquid and dry herb. It works well with the liquid but the battery doesn't read the dry leaf cartridge to heat up to that demand. They replaced it once and the second Vap Pen did not work as well. They say you cannot return the cartridges. Should I have to pay for something I cannot use and purchased specifically to use with the V2 Pro 3 Vap Pen. Be weary of this company located in Miami. Florida

V2 Series 3 -- I got this as a gift for my birthday.At first I loved it. I soon found out the small metal filter clogs easily with the dry flower cartridge, so it must be cleaned continuously with alcohol & Q-tips. The tip is prone to falling off, the metal filter got lost after 8 weeks.At week 9, the unit has stopped taking a charge.The charge light indicates the pen is charged, however, when attempting to use it shuts off.I'm really sad about this, since I really really liked my V-2 series 3! I plan to contact the manufacturer.Rita

V2 cig fails to deliver

I have been a long term customer of V2 but both the product and the service are terrible. I have now been waiting well over 2 months for an order I placed. Every time I ask for an update I told it will be 7 business days or 21 business days and yet it still has not shipped. Product quality is now terrible with leaking cartridges, burnt tast or cartridges that simply do not work. Do your self and your wallet a favour and stay well away from them. I have ordered from white smoke now so I will see how they go.

Cartridges only worth about 5 cigarettes

When I first bought V2 cartridges last year 2014, they lasted much longer. And they tasted great, full of flavor and no complaints. As time progressed, the cartridges life span shortened and shortened. After about 4-5 hours they run their course. Only take about 10-15 puffs per hour. By hour 3 flavor is no longer there and basically smoking burnt plastic flavor. I've already complained about the V2 ex blanks because using those with liquid nicotine they would turn the liquid into disgusting brown tar color and it tasted horrible. They didn't do anything but suggest I had duds. Sorry but no. Not when every cartridge I buy does this.

Long time customer

I've had similar experience as most of you. I ask them if they had sold the company since everything I order takes 3 times longer to get or I have to change my nicotine level which I did. I was at 0.6 and had to go back to 1.2 or higher. I've been with V2 for almost 5 years ordering every 2 weeks. They were always fair with replacing the batteries but this past year most of the replacements don't work. I'm very disappointed that I have to change companies but If anyone knows of a good one please post it. I felt theirs was safer for your health than your smoke shops that kids are making the liquid. With all these complaints you'd think they would get their stuff together or close the doors.

V2 in Miami Florida

I have seen a lot of complaints on the company selling V2 products, but I have to say they have always been fair to me. They recently got behind on orders by no fault of their own, therefore they have been the ones getting the nasty calls. I cancelled my order last week and got my refund within 3 days AND got a complementary 5 pack of X cartridges. I believe the key to any solution is speaking to anyone the way you want to be spoken to, the employees answering the phone is not the ones in fault. Everyone makes mistakes, ask for a refund and move on w/o anger. Much better results!! At least try it, you may be surprised what a little kindness will do. Thank you for your time.
